If you or anyone you know needs a place to rent for at least one year in Irvine, I'm moving out of my current house.  It's a large house, you get your own large room with walk in closet and your own bathroom and full house priveledges.  There is a nice park right across the street, a ton of street parking, and wireless internet and dish network tv and utilties are included in the rent.  It is available July 1 and the rent is $695 a month with a $600 deposit due upon move in.  This really is a great place!!! If I wasn't moving I would stay here till I got kicked out or married!  Let me know if you or anyone you know wants to come take a look!
